A new business proposal for Campofrio, one of the biggest food companies in Spain, focused on new kind of proteins that can revolutionize the market, as well as the design of a brand to communicate with the consumers.
Why?
The meat consumption is reducing because of the impact it has on the environment this is why more and more people are asking companies for more sustainable and eco-friendly options in their diet, protein alternatives may be the key to reducing the effects of climate change in the world.
How?
Gourmento: a new product and brand that introduces Cricket protein to the spanish people through a complete and nutritious, ready meal composed of falafels and some sides.
